Shipping & Refund Policies
Hello! Due to a personal injury I have not been able to process orders. I have resumed processing however I have a 3 week backlog to attend to. Please bare with me as I work through on processing these orders. I intend to process/refund all orders by 10/16/21. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping cost is determined by weight using US Postal Service rates
How fast do you ship?
Items normally ship within 2-3 days unless out of stock. Same day shipping is not available.
Are your items always in stock?
We try to maintain an adequate stock level on all items so we can ship quickly. On occasion, our stock is unexpectedly depleted due to an abnormal number of orders on certain products. If an item is out of stock and not going to be replenished within three days, you will be notified by e-mail and given the option to cancel the order.
How will I know when my item(s) ship?
Once your shipment is prepared and the shipping label is printed, you will get an email notification with the tracking number included.
How long will it take to receive my item?
USPS domestic shipments usually arrive within 5-10 days
USPS international shipments usually arrive within 3-4 weeks
How do I track my shipment?
You can track your shipments simply by entering the tracking number into US Post Tracking
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. We ship using U.S. Postal Service First Class International Mail as it is the cheapest method. All methods of international shipping can be expensive.
What about Customs Duties and Taxes?
Each country has their own way of calculating duties, taxes and fees. We have no control over that. Any fees related to the importation of your goods are up to you to pay.
Will you declare a lower price on the Customs form so I don’t have to pay as much?
NO. We will not falsify documents as that is illegal and will get us both in trouble. Besides, would you want to deal with a business that is dishonest?

* The only product excluded from free shipping is the plaques, as they are too heavy to ship via USPS cost effectively.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
You can return any item(s) (except custom imprinted items) purchased in our store within 30 days for any reason for full refund of the purchase price of the item no questions asked. The item returned must be in perfect condition upon arrival including all packaging and must include all items it was sent with such as the certificate of authenticity. Please contact us for instructions on how to obtain your refund before returning the item.
